THIS IS NOT TRUE. We have never commissioned this company to book hotel rooms for us. This is a sample of the communication they have been sending out. Please do not sign anything or give out your credit card information!
Please be aware that a company called Fairguide / Construct Data has been actively soliciting exhibitors to participate in what it describes as its “Exhibitors Directory in the Fair Guide”. The company typically includes the name of the trade show associated with the database from which it apparently mined a particular exhibitor’s contact information thus leaving many casual readers with the impression that there is some connection between Fair Guide and the host event.
